1s/he would supply materials for the LWV table and a timing paddle for the timer. This person would also be available to answer questions and be sure greeters and the timer know what they need to do.S/he would be sure the moderator and timer know what the timing will be for the event - how many minutes for responses, etc. This person would also be sure candidates are greeted, that each has a bottle of water and a name tag for the table, that they know where they will sit, and know where tables are for campaign materials.
